The Russian State Duma is to adopt the law on the regulation of Islamic banking in the country by this autumn, the bill itself is already ready, Isslam.ru website reports. The decision was announced at a press conference in TASS by the head of the Duma Committee on the financial market Anatoly Aksakov.

“The draft law has been prepared at the moment. I sent it today to all coordinating authorities, and I hope that in the autumn we will adopt a law regulating Islamic banking,” Aksakov said.
