Crimean Muslims took part in the Interfaith Youth Forum

The imam of the Kebir Jami mosque in Simferopol took part in the Interfaith Youth Forum, which took place at the Zerna Orthodox Youth Educational Center, Islam.ru website reports.

The event was organized by the youth group of the Council for Interfaith Relations under the head of the city administration.

The forum was also attended by representatives of religious organizations of the Crimean Metropolis of the Russian Orthodox Church, the Seventh-day Adventist Church, the Armenian Apostolic Church and students of the Department of Religious Studies of the Faculty of Philosophy of the Tauride Academy Institute of KFU named after Vernadsky and Tauride Theological Seminary.

Those present discussed the issue of the participation of religious organizations in solving socially significant problems, as well as presented their projects, spoke about plans for the future and vision of work in an interfaith sphere, the press office of Muslim Religious Administration of Crimea reports.
