The obligation of prayer (salat) has been removed from a woman who is in her menstrual periods. As such, a woman need not make Qadha of the prayers she missed whilst in menstruation.

Tattoos are haram.
Removing tattoos is obligatory, unless one fears a harm that would warrant dry ablution [tayammum]. If one was a Muslim when they got the tattoo, then they must repent. If one embraced Islam with a tattoo, then past sins were wiped away upon accepting the din; accordingly, the sin of tattooing is forgiven.

What should you do in the situation where you have to pray salah, yet neither have no water suitable for making Wudoo’, nor the time be able to find such water soon enough to pray on time?
What if you are sick and either not able to make Wudoo’, or making Wudoo’ is detrimental to your health. What is the correct procedure in such a case?

As salaamu alaykum dear respected scholar. I would like to ask according to Shafi’i Fiqh is a Khula a from of Talaq or divorce? And if so is the ‘iddah the same as a Talaq (three periods of purity between menstrual cycles)?
